Semafone Head Office & PMO Deliverables

IMSolutions carried out an urgent Requirements Exercise when Semafone had a critical lease expiry deadline and a new HO was needed. After a short engagement and requirements delivery, we were chosen to help Semafone find a new premises and steer their internal IT team to deliver this complex move. After delivering this in 2017.

We were invited back in 2019, to lead the drive for new products. We delivered a critical Product Lifecycle Process and a number of new products whilst leading the cross functional team across the UK and USA.

Ian joined the Exec team as part of the drive to sell the business. Forming a Shared services department and new product team was a big delivery. Semafone was successfully sold in 2020 to Livingbridge before being rebranded as Sycurio.

We had very specific requirements and Ian steered the team on every angle including legal aspects. We successfully moved in on time. We invited Ian and the team back in 2019, initially to introduce a critical Product Lifecycle Process. IMS were quickly involved in steering the development team, touching every aspect of product from development to customers and support. Ian went on to join the Exec team in 2020 creating a Shared Services department. This team and the Product Lifecycle were an essential element in Semafone's growth strategy. Ian owned the PMO aspects of delivering Products during the difficult Covid period. Ian's strategic management and leadership played a big part in the successful sale of the business to Livingbridge in 2021."
