  • Ian Moseley

    Ian is a Senior Operations Director, Corporate PMO, Project and Programme Manager.

    He is highly experienced in engaging with senior stakeholders, understanding the business’ vision, acting as a trusted advisor to identify priorities, unlocking decision- making to develop and refine company strategies and initiating the execution.

    Building successful teams and coaching at all levels, Ian’s style is to work with empathy and humour, together with a natural bias for ownership, delivery, and accountability.

    Over the last 12 years, his consultancy business has opened doors in Manufacturing, Retail, ECommerce and latterly IT in Software Development, Enterprise Software and FinTech.

    Ian demonstrates his operational diversity by owning delivery whether the project is buildings including search, lease negotiation and construction or software when building effective Agile development teams.

    Ian learned his skills through an early corporate career with Marks and Spencer and Texaco, followed by a successful MBO of The Original Factory Shop.

    He is ready to talk to business owners about their Visions, fulfilling Exec roles where required, as well as Executing Change Management whilst delivering critical projects.

  • Victoria Mackay

    Victoria is an experienced serial problem solver and fixer, working with senior leadership teams to bring creative and optimal cross-functional solutions to both their critical near-term challenges and activating longer term strategic plans.

    She has diverse experience spanning global corporates, tech start-ups and as an independent consultant and brings broad and international experience together with an innate desire to drive impactful change and value through action. She is a do-er, rather than an admirer of a problem!

    With a strong data bias to drive decision making, a theme that runs through her career, particularly as Data and Insights Director at an early stage fintech start up and more recently as Global Strategy & Transformation Director at Unilever.

    Victoria is driven to make the right decisions, not necessarily the popular one and works with humour and empathy to bring teams together to deliver winning results.

  • Will Green

    Will is our technical development specialist and infrastructure consultant with twenty years’ experience building great teams, infrastructure, and software.

    He brings engineering & development leadership to companies large and small including the BBC, Betfair, Beamly, DeltaFS, Semafone, Universal Music, and Royal Museums Greenwich.

    Will has designed and built scalable platforms for BBC iPlayer, YouView, and financial services companies. He has strong business knowledge and communications skills which allow him to work across a business and quickly understand requirements, solve problems, and ultimately get things done.

    Specialities: Team Leadership, Technical Architecture, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Business Analysis, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Technical Project Management, and Business Critical Operations.

  • Susan Hamilton

    Susan’s is our HR specialist, her area of expertise is in the design and delivery of leadership and talent development for senior leaders. She focuses on behavioural change and transfer of learning to the workplace, through use of psychometric tools (MBTI step 1 and 2, Insights Discovery) 360° feedback, action learning, coaching and experiential learning activities. As an executive coach she has gained respect as someone who effectively challenges and supports clients, resulting in improved individual and business performance.

    In many cases work has involved partnering with Awarding Bodies and Business Schools, resulting in externally recognised and accredited programmes of development.

    She has been responsible for embedding a range of organisational development interventions including; a coaching strategy,

  • Michael Downey

    Michael is an accomplished management consultant with 14 years of experience in the technology sector. With a solid background in grant funding securing in tech/scientific project management & product development.

    He specialises in working with clients in software, energy, and humanitarian industries. He is dedicated to collaborating with organizations that share his vision of creating clean energy technology and projects that bring about positive social impact.

    Michael draws from his experience with the National Physical Laboratory (NPL), Airbus Defence and Space &Aceleron, a UK based start-up company with a track record in the delivery of grant-funded projects and the development of innovative products that made a tangible difference.

    Michael is committed to making a lasting impact by enabling organizations to embrace innovative solutions that drive positive change. He aims high to be at the forefront of driving technological advancements and sustainability initiatives for a better future.

  • Paul Jennings

    Paul is a backend engineer who leads software strategies and teams specialising in clean energy start-ups.

    For over a decade Paul has worked on research led data focused application development at top-tier institutes in Europe and the US – including Stanford University where he worked on machine learning applications. A common thread throughout these roles has been a strong belief in pushing boundaries through the fusion of data and software.

    Through these roles Paul has experience working with massively parallel high-performance computers and cloud architectures down to resource constrained IoT devices always striving to find the best solution for the problem at hand. He has lead software teams and managed contractors to build out complex data flows.

    Paul’s time working with and managing multinational teams has led to an effective ability to communicate across all levels from laypeople and those new to the topic through to subject matter experts. He is a thoughtful and precise leader and communicator.
