Delta Financial Systems

Delta requested support because they were struggling to get traction with a critical project to re-write their core software application. IMSolutions partnered with Strategic Transformations Ltd to help Delta solve this blockage. Their project needed a bigger pool of top developers and so we rebooted the whole project with a new serviced pop-up office in the centre of Birmingham.

We recruited and grew the team from 5 to 25 Developers over 12 months.

We rebooted their Agile methodology which gave valuable motivation and self perpetuation to the project. Milestones were established with the Exec, we fully project managed the story writing, sprints and office space.

Following the Beta release, IMSolutions were invited to source and refit a new permanent 3000 sqft head office in Birmingham. We brought our own contractors and suppliers steering the refit which was delivered on time and on budget.
